Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use

Last updated: 25/08/2026. These terms apply to any booking made with Taxi Casablanca Marrakech through this website, WhatsApp, or by phone.

1. Purpose and provider

Taxi Casablanca Marrakech provides a private chauffeured transport service (airport transfers, city-to-city journeys and excursions) in Morocco, at a fixed price agreed in advance. Address: M'hamid, Marrakech 44000, Morocco. Contact: +212635002900 / contact@taxi-casablanca-marrakech.com.

2. Booking and confirmation

Bookings can be made online via the website's form, or directly via WhatsApp/phone. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us stating the reference, route, vehicle, and agreed price.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices shown are fixed and cover the stated journey (one way, unless otherwise stated), with no meter and no hidden fees. Payment is made in cash (EUR, MAD or USD) directly to the driver at the end of the journey, or online via PayPal with a 6% processing fee applied to the total amount. Any additional service not included at the time of booking (extra stop, change of destination) may be subject to a supplementary charge agreed with the driver.

4. Cancellation and changes

You may cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, by contacting us via email, WhatsApp or phone. Late cancellations or no-shows without notice may incur a charge to cover the vehicle and driver being mobilised.

5. Flight tracking and delays

For airport transfers, we track the flight number provided at booking and adjust the pickup time in case of delay, at no extra charge. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, up-to-date flight number.

6. Vehicles and drivers

Vehicles are recent, air-conditioned and regularly maintained; the models listed on the site (Skoda, Kia, Hyundai, Mercedes Vito/Sprinter, etc.) are indicative and may be replaced by an equivalent or superior vehicle depending on availability. Drivers are licensed professionals familiar with the offered routes.

7. Luggage and items carried

Each vehicle has boot space suited to its stated passenger capacity. Please mention any bulky luggage (surfboards, sports equipment, professional gear) when booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle.

8. Liability

Taxi Casablanca Marrakech makes every effort to provide a punctual and safe service. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, road closures, force majeure events). Customers are responsible for their personal belongings left in the vehicle.

9. Passenger conduct

The driver reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a journey in the event of dangerous or abusive behaviour that endangers the safety of the vehicle and its occupants, with no refund due in such cases.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Morocco, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
